This is a pre-made lentivirus expressing the “LoxP-GFP-stop-LoxP-RFP-Stop” cassette. The solution contains a virus vector with 5×10^7 IFU/ml in PBS. 10 ul was used in HEK293 (1x10^6) for 24 hours. GFP was examined after 72 hours, and almost 98% of cells get infected.
