Bone marrow cells were harvested by flushing C57BL/6 femurs with PBS. After hemolysis, cells were stained for flow cytometry. This antibody successfully labelled the CD34-positive population in the murine bone marrow.

This is a good clone to label CD34-positive bone marrow cells in mice.
