In our research, we aim to utilize T-cell receptors for immunotherapy purposes. We use this kit in our vitro assays, to evaluate how effective our TCRs are in killing of cell lines.

Contrary to the 20 min incubation from the kit's protocol, we usually incubate cells for 5 min at 37C, followed by 2 washing steps (1st step includes human serum).
CFSE staining enable us to separate the target cells from the effector cells, as well as study their numbers over the course of the experiment.
