I love this product and use it all the time for my cell lysis. I have used this for western blot lysis and even for cell fractionation. It is easy to mix.

I use the dilution as recommended.
I have used this with multiple applications. I usually mix it well before use. Once it is mixed well in the buffer, I incubate the solution for 30 minutes on ice with intermittent vortexing, then spin the mixture down.
Works well, good price.
Can't think of anything bad.
I have used liquid inhibitors before but i like this more because I don't have to thaw anything before use. I just add this directly to the buffer and mix.
