I use this kit when I need to break open the lysates and get protein fractions from the cytoplasm, nucleus, etc.

I always get enough fractions to load for multiple western blots and it works well. It is easy to follow and do.
Gives enough proteins and has worked well.
It's a little expensive for the amount of reactions.
It's a great kit to get fractions from different parts of the cell.
