Immunoblot analysis shows a distinct immune-reactive band at the predicted molecular weight of TMCC-1 only in the shSCRAMBLE cell lysate. The band is absent in cells expressing an shRNA specific to TMCC-1. Blots were stripped and re-probed with anti-IQGAP antibody as a loading control.
