Our centre has one of these cytometers in our core facility. It is a great cytometer that is easy and convenient to use. It has the ability to work with tubes or plates, making acquisition easy and automated. Compared to other versions of their cytometers (such as the CytoFLEX S), this model is much easier to switch between plates and tubes and can shut down through the software. It also has tons of channels and very sensitive detectors.
Flow cytometry
Be careful with PerCP dyes, they tend to spillover with this machine.
