This kit was used to enrich Tregs from mouse spleen to investigate the therapeutic potential of Tregs in acute neuroinflammatory diseases.

Proper use of the kit requires a magnet that is not included.
Treg enrichment was analyzed by flow cytometry staining for FoxP3. Treg presence was enriched by approximately 4x compared to starting splenocyte cell suspension.
Easy to use.
Expensive, does not include magnet required for use.
This kit works for modest enrichment of Tregs but we have not observed the 80-90% enrichment advertised by R&D.
