Th17 cells were activated with PMA/Ionocymin in presences of BrefA for 4 hours. After fixing with 4% PFA for 10 mins followed by incubating the cells with the antibody 1:100 dilution in 1x Perm buffer for 1 hour, Th17 cells produced a great signal of IL-17A+ signal.
