Aim of the present study was to test thiol disulfide exchange in plasma samples in stenosis and control samples. I ran SDS PAGE 4-20% gel after I used to transfer western blot semidry western blot unit system. I used this filter paper is precut to fit protein gels pad. This blot pad provide a uniform flow of buffer through the gel to the transfer membrane in a blotting sandwich and getting good transfer without any air bubbles and good results.
