Let standard resuspend for at least 5 minutes.

Results Summary

For cell culture supernatants, neat, 1:10 and 1:100 were adequate loading conditions. For serum, initial dilution of 1:10 is a safe starting point. I incubated my sample for 2.5 hours and this worked well for me.
