I have used this product consistently for over 2 years to help determine how efficiently my construct has been transduced into my target cells (human T-cells). In our study we used 9e10-FITC antibody to study CAR T-cells persistence and proliferation. The antibody is efficient and works really well, giving nice separation between positive and negative populations
