Proteins resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE were western transferred in a nitrocellulose membrane and probed for the iNOS protein. The aim of this experiment was to test the time course effect of a specific treatment on iNOS expression in a human primary cell line. The selection of antibody from R&D Systems was due to the excellent band of iNOS shown in the antibody flyer.

ECL detection in X-Ray film
In the present study, an iNOS antibody from R&D Systems was used. It was s nice felling because this antibody has shown only a specific and bright band of iNOS which showed an excellent specificity of this antibody for iNOS epitope.
