Immunoprecipitation of IL7Ra from bone marrow B cells. B cells are first lysed with buffer containing 0,1% NP-40 30 min at 4°C. Then the protein extract is incubated at 4°C overnight with 100µg of Biotin anti-mouse CD127Antibody. Finally, the protein extract is incubated during 1h at RT with 20µl of Pierce™ NeutrAvidin™ Agarose (29201) from thermofisher scientific.
