The ability to induce apoptosis of gene under the TET inducible promoter was evaluated with the promega Apoptosis and necrosis assay kitHela cells were seeded in 96 well plates and the whole experiment was performed according to the protocol suggested by Promega. Results obtained were not so clear after normalizing the luminescence obtained from the gene of interest against the control.
