Human cancer cell lines: 8505C, Cal62, HTH7 and TPC1
1:1000 dilution, 18 hours at 4 degrees with gentle shaking
5% non-fat dry milk in Tris buffer containing 0.1% Tween-20
HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit antibody 1:2000 dilution, 1 hour at room temperature with gentle shaking

Different cancer cells showed differential basal levels of phospho Akt.
High specificity.
Nothing.
This antibody worked really well for Western blot.
