INFORS HT's Minifors 2 bench top fermenter is a simple lab scale fermenter, which is very easy to set up and run a high cell density cultivation of microbial cells. Being a novice in fermentation area, I used this fermenter, which is very intuitive and easy to set up. Using 4 L scale up, I was successful in growing e. coli cells to a cell density of 100 OD units in 18 hours of growth.

When setting up the fermenter, make sure that exit gas cooler filter is not wet or blocked.
