Perform the experiment according to manufacturer's instructions. This kit is user friendly.
It gives very clean bands of DNA once run out on a gel. It is High-Fidelity and sequencing results are always 100% correct. Preparing PCR Reactions is extremely fast (5 min). This is a Master Mix, we only need to add primers, water, and potentially 5% DMSO for each reaction. In addition, it comes with loading dye/buffer included, so you don't need to add loading buffer to each sample before running out the reactions on an agarose gel.

Does not work well for high GC rich product.
I highly recommend this kit for PCR reactions.
