We use this GoTaq® Green Master Mix for amplification of DNA templates by PCR. I usually perform a pcr using this premixed ready-to-use Master Mix on a liquid culture of E.coli.. I can directly monitor the progress during electrophoresis by checking the dyes (blue and yellow). It takes less than 1 hour to see the results.

I recommend this because it saves a lot of time, and works well. I didn't recycle the gel product.
