Next-generation sequencing is a high throughput technique where s huge number of samples can be simultaneously analyzed. The DNA barcode kit can be used to barcode each and every sample in the analysis with a specific barcode sequence. We have used this barcode kit to code three different experimental replicates of the Rat H9C2 cell line for performing the CHIP assay.

A very good loading; more than 80% loading is obtained and around 97 million reads are obtained after the sequencing
