We are an immunology lab that looks at immune responses in the context of inflammation and cancer. This marker is used to widely used to identify CD8 T cells in flow cytometry experiments. This new color fits nicely works with our Aurora analyzer as it's a different spectrum than AF647 and APC.

Splenic CD8 T cells are strongly and specifically labelled to identify the population with CD8 SparkNIR 685 even during an infection comparable to naive. This color is specially nice since it's unique for the Aurora to allow more options.
