To Calibrate Pipettes for High Accuracy

Our department called the BioTek Services for pipette calibrations and I used their services for the same. In molecular biology experiments, micropipettes play a crucial role. Some experiments like qRT-PCR is one of the good example. I remember before calibration I was getting higher error in my run samples even between the technical replicates and even after all protocol troubleshooting it was not fixed.
