We use this centrifuge to spin down 96-well plates, 15mL or 50 mL falcon tubes, bacteria culture tubes, and 5mL Eppendorf tubes. It has temperature control, so it is most frequently used to centrifugate the Amicon tubes to concentrate proteins.
