Mouse was sacrificed, collected the liver, fixed, sections were made, blocked and probed with on target rabbit-primary antibody. After overnight incubation in primary antibody, sections were washed and probed with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor 568 at a dilution of 1:1000 in 3% BSA solution in PBS. After a 1-hour incubation, the secondary antibody was removed, sections were washed in PBS, mounted in gold-antifade mounting medium and examined under a fluorescent microscope using the green filter.
