Mouse cells were transfected with pCMV expression vector tagged with GFP at N-terminal. This was a total of 4.8 kb construct and used to transfect to mouse cells with the help of Lipofectamine™ 3000 transfection reagent. The transfection was done as per manufacturer instructions.

After transfection, cells have shown moderate cytotoxicity. The cells were in vitro checked in a fluorescent microscope to test the transfection efficiency. Analysis has indicated >85% transfection efficiency in mouse cells.
