We use this kit to isolate CD4 T cells from mouse spleen and lymph node. We use to use Miltenyi kit for this purpose which is very expensive to use. After optimization of the amounts of antibody cocktail and beads to use, combined with Miltenyi LS columns and magnet, we're able to get good yield and purity.
