Customer service is excellent. Holds temperature well and has smooth rotation.
The Bad
Water drain is located in back of instrument - we had to put on a longer draining hose.
The Bottom Line
Customer service was excellent in getting us competitive pricing and specs on the instrument - even sent us a video when we wanted to see the maximum orbiting speed of the instrument. They were very fast in responding to all inquiries. This orbital water bath has worked very well for us, and is at a very competitive price.
