NEBuilder® HiFi DNA Assembly Master Mix was used for seamless assembly of multiple DNA fragments. This kit is frequently used by synthetic biologists. Also, it does one-step cloning of multiple fragments. We found out that using this kit for our gene assembly is faster and easier than using the restriction digestion method.
