I used this kit to quantify total levels of TNF alpha in mouse serum for an immunology study. I used kits from three different manufacturers and the Boster kit was definitely the best.

The kit contained an extra stnadard which is very useful if you need to optimize your dilution factor before you use the rest of your samples. The instructions were very easy to follow and the results we obtained were consistent between replicates.
