Promega's PCR Master Mix for Colony PCR Works Well

We use this PCR master mix for colony PCR reaction from bacterial colony. We selected this product because it's easy to use without doing any optimization; just add primers, water, and direct bacterial colony without disrupting bacterial cell. It works well for my all colony PCR so far and I have been using it for one year.
