My research focusses on Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILCs). To identify these cells using flow cytometry, we use several surface markers as well as transcription factor stainings. This experiment involved staining of mouse splenocytes using anti-mouse CD4 Brilliant Violet 711 clone RM4-5 from BioLegend. The staining is bimodal and very bright.
