We started using this kit because it is able to amplify cDNA or DNA from samples that we were not able to amplify before because of the presence of inhibitors, such as salts. It provides good amplifications.

Results Summary

We were not able to amplify the DNA from cardiac cells in presence of salts and with this kit amplifications was possible. We can see in the figure the amplification os TGFb sequence from cardiac cells encapsulated in alginate matrices.
