Phospho-c-Jun (Ser73)

Catalog Number:

9164S

Our lab is interested in studying the role of inflammatory kinases as a therapeutic target. We perform ELISA and western blot assays to determine the role and pro-inflammatory status of macrophages in response to pharmacological inhibition of these kinases. This antibody worked well to detect p-c-JUN in murine macrophages following LPS activation.

Results Summary

This worked well but the detection wasn't the brightest for the antibody. Titrations are needed for optimal signal/background. No non-specific bands noticed.
