We study PyMT driven breast tumor. Yet, we also want to understand epithelial cell biology in normal mammary gland development. We chose this a-CC3 antibody due to its reliability.

Images were acquired using an inverted Zeiss LSM880 confocal microscope with a 20x 0.8NA air objective.

Results Summary

As a positive control for apoptosis, we stained involuting (day 2) mammary gland. CC3+ epithelial cells are in red, E-cadherin is in white & Hoechst in blue.
