We used D609, a choline-specific PLC inhibitor, in LPA signaling in osteosarcoma cells.

Human osteosarcoma cells were incubated with 20 μM D609 for 30 min prior to treatment with 10 μM LPA to estimate COX-2 expression using Western blot analysis.

D609 was ineffective against LPA-induced COX-2 expression while other inhibitors showed inhibition.
