LPS activates IKK-NF-kB signaling in macrophages. Therefore, we used ML 120B to study this pathway in induction of TNFa.

RAW macrophages were incubated with 1 μM ML 120B for 30 min prior to addition of 200 ng/ml LPS for 8 h to follow TNFa mRNA expression.
