LPS activates IKKbeta-NF-kB signaling in macrophages. Therefore, we used PF 184 to study this pathway in induction of TNFa.

RAW macrophages were incubated with 1 μM PF 184 for 30 min prior to addition of 200 ng/ml LPS for 8 h to follow TNFa mRNA expression.
