The general aim of our research is to study neurogenesis in rodents with maternal immune activation. The specific goals of this experiment was to quantify proliferation of neural progenitor cells and migration of immature neurons during corticogenesis. This antibody clearly stains neurons in the cortex of postnatal rat brain (P6 and P21).
Immunofluorescence
Free-floating brain sections from P6 rat
GAD67 diluted at 1:800, overnight at 4°C
10% serum + 0.2% triton

No
Fluoresence
Clearly stains immature neurons in the cerebral cortex of P6 and P21 rats.
N/A
