The general aim of our research is to study neurogenesis in rodents with maternal immune activation. The specific goals of this experiment was to quantify proliferation of neural progenitor cells and migration of immature neurons during corticogenesis. This antibody clearly stains neurons in the cortex of postnatal rat brain (P6 and P21).
