The aim was to examine the levels of phospho-GSK-3ß C2C12 cells. Cells were transfected, harvested and equal amount of protein electrophoresed and transferred to nitrocellulose membrane followed by anti-phospho-GSK-3ß from CST. This antibody is easy to optimize and gives a single specific band.

This p-GSK3Beta antibody from cell signaling gives beautiful band in western blots. This antibody also good for a wide range of cell origin such as human, mice, rat and monkey. This is also good for IHC and IF.
