Ku is an abundunt, ubiquitously expresssed heterodimeric protein helps to binds to DNA double-strand break ends and is required for the non-homologous end joining pathway for DNA repair. It is associated with several autoimmune diseases including scleroderma, polymyositis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Here we checked the time course effect of Ku by chemoattractant.
