The transformed bacteria is grown and subsequently collected for plasmid extraction using this kit. The eluted plasmid is then used for transient transfection of Lentiviral production. The kit is easy to use and straightforward.
Plasmid Extraction
E. coli with plasmid
(1) Selected bacteria are grown and the pellet is collected. (2) Plasmids from the bacteria are eluted using manufacturer's protocol. (3) Collected plasmid is for further use.
Advised to use the endotoxin neutralizer in the kit if plasmid is intended for cell use.
