Info:Supplier Page View Product Specs View Product
Cancer cells are transfected with the plasmid that encodes for the enzyme luciferase. After introducing the cells into the mouse models, the reagent is introduced into the mice and then they are further imaged to see the distribution and size of the cancer cells in the mice. The product is easy to use and works well.
IVIS imaging
AGS gastric cancer cell line
(1) Transfect the cell with the luciferase reporter. (2) Select the cells with antibiotics. (3) Inject cells into the mice. (4) Inject the diluted luciferin substrate. (5) Carry out IVIS imaging.
Ensure cells are successfully transfected with the luciferase reporter gene.
The results produced are accurate and sensitive. It is easy to administer the reagent without much hassle.
