As an immunologist, we heavily rely on flow cytometry for most experiments. Having the BD Celesta in our lab has greatly facilitated our research to perform multi-color flow cytometry. Routine experiments can easily be done by analyzing 12 colors. Using the Blue, Red, Violet (BVR) configuration we are able to cover most common flourophores. I recommend this product.
Flow Cytometry
Perform flow cytometry staining on single-cell suspension of samples. Obtain single stain compensation controls for auto compensation using BD FACS Diva software. Record controls to obtain compensation matrix to begin acquisition of samples depending on the colors.
Obtain good bright single stain controls for good matrix.
Easy-to-use software makes running samples easy especially if experienced user on DIVA.
