Product Name:

Anti-acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys9) Antibody

Catalog Number:

07-352

Our aim was to examine the levels of H3K9 acetylation in HeLa cells treated with an inhibitor of cell growth. HeLa cells were treated with an inhibitor for 2 hours and whole-cell lysates were prepared by using NETN buffer. Samples were loaded on 15% SDS-PAGE and performed western blot. Levels of H3K9 acetylation were successfully analysed using this antibody.
