The flex 4 works great, spare parts are reasonably priced, and it looks very fancy! Great little machine that gives water with <5ppb clean enough for LC-MS/MS.

Results Summary

After our old machine was too expensive to maintain, we decided to switch to a different brand due to the high costs of maintenance. We ended up buying the Veolia Elga Purelab flex 4. The machine and the spare parts are reasonably priced and the service is much better.
