Protocol Overview

Rehydrate plate in sample buffer, dilute p24 standard as indicated in the protocol, dilute samples to appropriate concentrations to fit within the dynamic range of the assay, incubate at 37*C for 1 hour, wash 3x with wash buffer, add secondary, incubate at RT for 1 hours, wash 3x, incubate with developing buffer for 30 min at RT, stop reaction with stop buffer, read plate

The Good

No need to coat plates. Wells come in strips of 8, so hardly any reagents and plates wasted.

The Bad

Honestly, nothing. This is one of the easiest standard ELISA kits I've ever used.
