I utilized this to determine cAMP concentration in a cell line with a number of different drugs. This product was selected primarily due to its history of utilization in our lab. It works great just like the company says it will. My R^2 values were 0.99 every time.

Tips

Have everything ready to go when adding the Ellman's Reagent as it is unstable.

Results Summary

Plot the plate reader results at 410 nm (worked best for me but you can go anywhere between 405nm to 420nm). From here you can analyze it yourself or go to the pre-configured tool on MyAssays.com and it will spit out the results.

I prefer the strip plates in comparison to the solid plates because it allows for easier analysis for me. The overall kit is easy to use and works great. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to quantify cAMP
