Product Name:

Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Highly Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor Plus 647

Catalog Number:

A32733

This secondary antibody was used to perform indirect immunofluorescence microscopy on HeLa cells to an HA-tagged protein. It showed strong immunoreactivity that was consistent the cytosol. Background levels were low. This antibody is a good choice for immunofluorescent microscopy. There is little to no difference between this secondary and the non plus version.
