Single cell suspension of mouse lung cells was stained with surface markers including lineage markers (CD3, NK1.1, CD11c, etc), CD45, CD90.2, ST2. I have tried multiple fluorochrome-conjugated ST2 antibodies from different vendors. I found this antibody to be far superior as compared to the others.

Definitely recommended for separating ST2+ cells from ST2- cells.
