Summary

The Good

None so far

The Bad

No positive staining & high background

The Bottom Line

We have tried many different ways to make it work, unfortunately, all efforts failed. I recommend their JAM-A antibody (sc-53623) for tight junction staining which works in both frozen and paraffin embedded sections.
